Notice for Merit List – Subject : Translation Studies (Anuvad Sahitya)

List for Admission to PG Programmes in Hindi and Anuvad Sahitya for the Session 2021-22 is being published.

Policy Information:

• Merit List has been prepared on the basis of Hons Score as entered by the applicant at the time of filling up of Admission Form
• Responsibility regarding incorrect data, intentional or unintentional, will rest wholly on the applicant and action as recommended by the State Govt. will be taken whenever this is detected
• Candidates therefore are asked to properly calculate their Hons score once again and bring it to the notice of the university if the score shown is more than score actually obtained.
• The Consolidated list shows the general rank position of the applicant
• First Merit List (UR) is prepared on the basis of number of seats available for Unreserved Category Candidates. The same policy will be followed at the time of publication of subsequent Merit Lists
• Since the number of applications is less than the number of Reserved Category Seats, names of admitted students will be booked in the specific category
• Waitlisted Candidates will be considered for admission according to merit position as long as there are vacant seats for filling up
• The Life of a Merit List is ordinarily for three days, although the time may be reduced. So the notification at the time of the publication of the List is to be followed.
• If Chance is not availed within the given time, the candidate’s claim on the Seat will be naturally forfeited
• In such case a candidate holding higher rank may write to the University for re-consideration within one day of the expiry of the life of a particular Merit List for Admission.
• The University reserves the right as to whether at all or when to take up such prayers for consideration.

To Do: 

• Candidates getting chance for admission on the basis of First or Subsequent Merit List will have to  follow the steps shown below to conform their admission:
• Logging in to Hindi University Admission Portal for generation of “Seat Booking Slip”. (“Book Your Seat” Button will be available as soon as the system get power supply to do the job).
• Making payment of an amount of Rs 3200/- to the SBI Account of Hindi University (No. 39899011329, IFSC SBIN0003412)
• Sending the document of payment to hindiunivwb@gmail.com mentioning details of Merit Position, Name, Merit Score and date of payment
• The entire process is to be positively completed within the given time, three days or two days as notified at the time of publication of Merit List at every phase.
