In absence of its own building the University is yet to create this facility for the learners in the desirable form. However, in the interim period students have been encouraged to take Membership of the National Library, Kolkata. The University has also been trying to register under E-ShodhSindhu: Consortium for Higher Education Electronics so that the learners as well as the faculty may access standard Journals for advanced Studies.
