Aims & Objectives


1. Promotion of Indian Languages

Foster the growth and development of Indian languages, with a focus on their literary, cultural, and linguistic significance.
Promote research and scholarship in Indian languages to preserve and document their rich heritage.

2. Strengthening Hindi Language

Serve as a center for excellence in Hindi language studies, literature, and linguistics.
Promote the use of Hindi as a link language for national integration while respecting linguistic diversity.
Encourage comparative studies between Hindi and other Indian languages to establish connections.

3. Focus on Official Languages and Linguistic Unity

Conduct studies on the role of official languages in governance and administration.
Work towards breaking linguistic barriers by fostering dialogue between speakers of different languages.
Promote the learning of Hindi as an official language alongside regional languages for holistic national communication.

4. Preservation of Oral Cultures

Document and promote India’s oral traditions, folk literature, and storytelling practices.
Provide platforms for interdisciplinary research connecting oral cultures with language studies.
