Sealed quotations are invited from the eligible suppliers for supply of the following material for use of HINDI, University, Howrah.

Terms and Conditions:

Last Date of Submission of tender: 14.12.2022. Timings: 4 PM (Off-line)

Date of opening of tender              : 14.12.2022   Timings: 4.30 PM.

Terms & conditions:

1. Comprehensive onsite warranty for one year and above from the date of installation.
2. Onsite delivery and installation should be made by the supplier and no extra charge is admissible for delivery, clearance and installation.
3. The University reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
4. Bidders should attach documents in support to their credentials.

Commercial Terms & Conditions:

1. Amount should be clearly quoted in both figures and words.
2. Applicable GST should separately be shown along with GSTN number.
