The programme was organised under the leadership of Professor Nandini Sahu, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor. The observance aimed to raise awareness about addiction and promote the vision of a healthy, productive, and addiction-free nation.
Hindi University, Howrah, participated in the preparatory meeting for the “Lal-Bal-Pal Smriti Parva” held on 4 October 2026 at the Burra Bazar Library. The University was represented by Mr Debabrata Bhanja, Officer on Special Duty (Examinations), and Mr Aman Singh, Office Assistant. Their presence reflected the institution’s commitment to honouring India’s freedom fighters and engaging with initiatives of national and cultural significance.
