Admission Rules

1. Merit list has been prepared subject-wise and category wise.
2. Candidates may check their position by going to the particular subject and specific category. They must also tally their Application Id for more than one student may have the same name.
3. Application only of candidates graduating in the Regular mode has been considered in preparing the Merit List as per university notification.
4. Master Merit list will be available on Website all through course of admission
5. Admission List will be published phase-wise on and from 21. 09.22 and the life of every Admission List will be 48 hrs.
6. Email will be sent to every student informing that he/she has got chance in a subject in a particular category.
7. In case e-mail is not received but a chance is due on the basis of vacant seats for whatsoever reason (technical snag or wrong email id), candidates are to send email immediately to hindiunivwb@gmail.com for intervention by university authority
8. Applicants getting chance will have to accept offer by clicking on Accept button on admission list shown beside his/ her name. Immediately the applicant will be re-directed to payment portal asking him/her to pay requisite admission fee. Non-payment of fee means non-confirmation of admission and the seat will go to waitlisted candidates.
9. Waitlisted Candidates will be considered for admission according to merit position as long as there are vacant seats for filling up within stipulated time.
10. At every phase next Admission List will be prepared from the General Merit List on the basis of available number of vacant seats (category-wise).
11. If a candidate misses chance, he/ she may pray for re-consideration showing reasons why the chance could not be availed of. The prayer must be made within 48 hours of expiry of chance-time, that is, within the life-period of next admission list.
12. If the authority is satisfied and seat in that category is available, the candidate may be given a second chance at the time of publication of the next Admission List.
13. But there is no guarantee for reconsideration as seats are limited.
14. Cancellation of Admission after payment of fees is to be made positively before 20/10/22 so that the vacated seat may be filled up from among waitlisted candidates

• Candidates getting chance for admission on the basis of First or Subsequent Admission List will have to  follow the steps shown below to conform their admission:
• Logging in to Hindi University Admission Portal
• Clicking Accept button for Seat Booking 
• Making payment of admission fees through payment gateway
• Generating document of payment
• Sending to hindiunivwb@gmail.com the document of payment on or before 21/10/22
